In order to ensure a smooth and hassle free trip, we would like to seek your kind attention
to take special notice of the following important reminders:-

Passengers' name in the booking must be spelt exactly in the same manner as stated in the passenger's passports. |

Passports should still have a minimum of 6 months validity upon departure. |
| |
|
| 3.. |
It is the passenger's responsibility to obtain all Entry Visa or Transit Visa that are required to enter the country of destination or stopovers. |

| 4. |
Transit Visas must be duly obtained if the plane's flight path involved a Transit or Stopover in another country like for example, a Transit in Australia whilst en route to New Zealand or a stopover in the United States whilst en route to Canada. |

| 5. |
Passengers are advised to check carefully for any errors or omissions in the booking details, flight itineraries and air tickets IMMEDIATELY upon receiving them. Please take note you may encounter significant inconveniences and may even have your travel plans aborted if errors are discovered only en-route or upon check-in at the Changi Airport. |

As we do not require any upfront deposit or immediate payment at the point of booking of flights, we urge you to visit our offices (Nam Ho Travel (S) Pte Ltd and Kim Travel Service Pte Ltd) within 48hrs from the you make our booking to issue your ticket and make the necessary payments. This is to also ensure that we can provide confirmation of your tickets within the stipulated time frame. |

Please do note that whilst flight reservation is free of charge, there are airline penalty charges and our agency admin fees for any amendment or cancellation after the air tickets have been issued. |

For your protection against any contingency or emergency during your journey, passengers are strongly advised to purchase a travel insurance policy. Our Agency offers AIG Travel Insurance, which provides a wide and comprehensive range of insurance coverage.

Please re-confirm all onward flight journey if it is required by the airline you are traveling on, so as to avoid losing your pre-confirmed seats on those required airlines.

Please provide your local and overseas Contact Tel Number in your flight booking for the airline to contact you in the event of any changes to flight schedules so as to avoid the missing of flight or seat cancellation. |

Our Ticketing Offices (Nam Ho Travel Service (S) Pte Ltd and Kim Travel Service Pte Ltd) shall not be held liable for any consequential damages for any direct or indirect losses, or additional out of pocket costs or expenses arising out of any aborted trips or changes in trip arrangements due to any errors or omissions in the bookings that are discovered only enroute or upon check-in at the airport. |
